PT GETWASH PROFESSIONAL SOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PT Getwash Professional Solution ("Getwash", "We", or "Company"). By using Our services, You ("User" or "Customer") acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by the following terms unconditionally.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined:
1.1 "Services" means all laundry and garment care services provided by Getwash, including but not limited to dry cleaning, wet cleaning, shoe care, bag spa, alterations & repair, stain removal, and other services listed on Getwash's official platforms, whether accessed through mobile applications, website (https://getwashlaundry.id), or physical outlets.
1.2 "User" or "Customer" means any individual or legal entity that uses Getwash Services, whether as an end consumer or in a commercial capacity.
1.3 "Items" means clothing, shoes, bags, carpets, stuffed toys, baby equipment, mountain gear, diving equipment, or other items submitted by the User to Getwash for processing through the Services.
1.4 "Outlet" means the physical business location of Getwash that provides services for receiving, processing, and returning Items.
1.5 "Platform" means all channels operated or managed by Getwash to provide Services, including mobile applications, official websites, and other digital ordering systems.
1.6 "Invoice" means the official billing document issued by Getwash containing details of Services and fees payable by the User.
1.7 "Working Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays designated by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
2.1 Service Usage Requirements
a) Getwash Services are only available to Users who have registered and verified their accounts through the official Platform, except for walk-in services at Outlets which do not require prior registration;
b) Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and/or service booking;
c) Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts and login credentials used to access the Platform.
2.2 Right to Refuse Service
Getwash reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide detailed explanation, to refuse service requests in the following circumstances:
a) There are indications of violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law;
b) Items submitted are classified as hazardous, contain toxic materials, or are prohibited under prevailing regulations;
c) There are operational security reasons or reasonable business considerations;
d) The User has a documented history of violations or fraudulent claims;
e) Operational capacity does not permit acceptance of additional orders at a given time.
2.3 Operating Hours
a) Operating hours for Outlets and pickup/delivery services may vary depending on location and service area;
b) Current information regarding operating hours can be accessed through the Platform or by contacting Getwash customer service;
c) Getwash reserves the right to adjust operating hours at any time with or without prior notice.
3.1 Ordering Methods
Service orders can be placed through:
a) Getwash's official mobile application;
b) Official website at https://getwashlaundry.id;
c) Official communication channels such as WhatsApp Business;
d) Direct visit (walk-in) to Getwash Outlets.
3.2 Confirmation Process
a) Every order received through the Platform will undergo verification by Getwash's system;
b) Estimated processing time and service costs will be communicated to the User before the order is finalized;
c) Order confirmation issued by Getwash binds both parties to fulfill their respective obligations as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Cancellation by User
a) Order cancellation by the User can only be made before the physical processing of Items begins by Getwash's operational team;
b) Items that have entered the processing stage cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the User;
c) Further provisions regarding cancellation and refunds are regulated in Article 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
a) Items submitted will undergo initial inspection to determine fabric type, fabric condition, and level of staining;
b) Getwash does not guarantee that all stains can be completely removed (100%), especially for old stains or those that have undergone permanent fixation due to heat or improper previous treatment;
c) Getwash is not responsible for damage that occurs if Items do not meet dry cleaning standards or if care labels on Items are unreadable or missing;
d) Users are responsible for proactively informing if Items have special characteristics requiring additional handling.
a) Only Items that are suitable and compatible with wet washing methods will be processed through wet cleaning Services;
b) Minor shape changes, minimal shrinkage, or texture changes in certain materials are inherent risks of wet cleaning methods that cannot be completely avoided;
c) Users must ensure that care labels on Items are still clearly readable to ensure proper treatment;
d) Getwash reserves the right to refuse processing of Items if deemed unsuitable for wet cleaning based on professional technical considerations.
a) Each pair of shoes will undergo comprehensive inspection including examination of soles, upper materials, construction, and overall condition before treatment begins;
b) Processing duration varies depending on the level of damage, material complexity, and type of treatment required;
c) Getwash does not guarantee that shoes will return to like-new condition, but commits to delivering maximum results achievable based on the shoes' initial condition;
d) Structural damage such as sole separation, upper tears, or severe material degradation may affect the final treatment outcome.
a) Shoe polish services only apply to shoes made of genuine leather or synthetic leather;
b) Polish color will be matched to the dominant shoe color, unless the User provides specific color instructions;
c) This service is not recommended for shoes made of suede, nubuck, or canvas which require different specialized treatment;
d) Final results may vary depending on the initial leather condition and degree of wear that has occurred.
a) Getwash provides specialized handling for both branded and non-branded bags with professional standards;
b) Getwash does not guarantee 100% stain removal, especially on bags made of sensitive materials such as suede, exotic leather, or other special materials;
c) Users must empty all bag contents before submission to prevent loss or damage to personal belongings;
d) Getwash is not responsible for personal belongings left inside bags submitted for treatment.
a) Every tailoring or repair request will be confirmed in advance through cost and time estimates;
b) Users must provide specific, clear, and detailed instructions regarding the desired work;
c) Getwash is not responsible for results that do not meet expectations if instructions provided by the User are unclear, ambiguous, or incomplete;
d) Written approval from the User is required before alterations & repair work begins.
a) Minimum order value (MOV) for laundry by weight services follows provisions applicable at the time of ordering and may vary across regions;
b) Items will be weighed based on total weight and not counted per piece;
c) Users understand that the nature of laundry by weight service is collective washing where Items from Users may be washed together with Items from other Users in one machine cycle;
d) Claims for loss or damage will only be processed if submitted within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours after Items are received back by the User, accompanied by valid documentation evidence.
a) Getwash only uses specialized baby detergents that are safe, hypoallergenic, and dermatologically tested;
b) All baby items will be separated from other laundry and processed with higher hygienic standards to ensure baby safety;
c) Users must inform if the baby has allergies to certain materials or fragrances so Getwash can make treatment adjustments;
d) Getwash is not responsible for allergic reactions that arise if the User does not inform of such special conditions from the beginning.
a) This service includes specialized handling for sleeping bags, carriers, tents, outdoor jackets, and other mountain equipment;
b) Processing time for mountain equipment ranges from 5 to 7 Working Days or more depending on treatment complexity;
c) Getwash does not guarantee complete removal of odor or dampness if equipment has been stored in damp or poorly maintained conditions for a long time;
d) Technical functions such as waterproofing may diminish over time and treatment, so Users are advised to perform waterproofing re-treatment periodically.
a) Diving equipment such as wetsuits, fins, masks, BCDs, and regulators will be washed using cleaning materials that are safe and do not damage neoprene or other diving components;
b) Sterilization and disinfection processes are performed to maintain cleanliness from mold, bacteria, and sea odor;
c) Visual condition checks are performed before and after washing, but this Service does not include technical servicing, component repair, or functional testing of diving equipment;
d) Users remain responsible for conducting technical inspections and routine servicing of diving equipment at competent facilities before use for diving activities.
Specialized Stain Removal Service is an add-on service designed to handle stubborn stains requiring chemical treatment and handling techniques beyond standard washing procedures, including:
a) Ink Stains from various sources including ballpoint pens, permanent markers, printer ink, or other inks;
b) Color Bleeding Stains due to dye transfer (color bleeding) between garments or dye degradation on fabric;
c) Rust Stains originating from contact with metal elements, iron-containing water, or mineral oxidation.
Stain Removal Service is not part of standard Service packages and can only be obtained through separate agreement between the User and Getwash after inspection and technical consultation.
a) Getwash's technical team will conduct comprehensive inspection of stain condition and fabric characteristics before treatment;
b) Getwash will communicate to the User information regarding:
c) Users must provide written approval through WhatsApp Business, email, or application before treatment process begins;
d) Approval as referred to in letter (c) constitutes authentic evidence that the User has received complete information and understands the consequences of treatment.
Users hereby acknowledge and agree that the stain removal process has inherent risks that may result in:
a) Degradation of fabric fiber structure causing texture to become brittle, fragile, or stiff;
b) Changes in color characteristics such as fading, tone changes, or appearance of blotches;
c) Changes in garment dimensions due to shrinkage or fiber stretching;
d) Damage to accessory components such as buttons, appliqués, or embellishments;
e) Other side effects from chemical reactions between treatment materials and fabric components.
a) Getwash does not guarantee that stains will be completely removed (100%);
b) Success rate depends on stain type, stain age, fabric type, and previous treatment history;
c) Stains that have undergone permanent fixation have very low success rates or cannot be removed at all.
a) Stain Removal Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
b) This non-refundable policy applies given that Getwash has provided risk information transparently and the User has provided written consent.
By agreeing to Stain Removal Service, the User releases Getwash from any claims for damages arising, unless gross negligence or willful misconduct by Getwash can be proven. The burden of proof rests entirely with the User.
Getwash reserves the right to perform visual documentation (photos or videos) of Items' condition before and after treatment for archival purposes and legal protection of both parties.
Getwash reserves the right to refuse Stain Removal Service requests without obligation to provide detailed reasons, including in circumstances where:
a) Material is too sensitive or of high historical/sentimental value at risk of permanent damage;
b) Stain condition has reached permanent fixation level;
c) Risk of damage is deemed disproportionate to benefits obtainable.
5.1 Pricing Structure
a) Getwash Service prices are dynamic and may change at any time based on company policy, market conditions, or other operational factors;
b) Final prices will be determined after physical inspection of Items at Getwash warehouse, considering fabric type, difficulty level, stain condition, and Item dimensions;
c) Initial price estimates provided through the Platform or virtual consultation are indicative and may differ from final prices after physical inspection;
d) Getwash will communicate final prices to Users before starting treatment process, and Users have the right to accept or reject the offer.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment can be made through:
a) Digital methods including e-wallets, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and QRIS;
b) Cash payment at Outlets;
c) Corporate billing for corporate Users with separate cooperation agreements with Getwash.
5.3 Transaction Security
All digital transactions are processed through payment systems complying with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards to protect Users' financial information.
5.4 Payment Obligations
a) Payment must be settled before Items are collected or returned to the User, unless there is a special agreement stating otherwise;
b) Late payment may result in delayed return of Items and/or imposition of storage fees as regulated in Article 9;
c) Issued Invoices constitute valid proof of User's payment obligations.
6.1 Verification Obligations
a) Users must ensure that all Items submitted have been recorded and verified by Getwash team, either through digital systems or manual documentation, before leaving the submission location or before the courier leaves the pickup location;
b) Verification process includes recording number of items, Item types, initial visual condition, and photo documentation performed by Getwash staff;
c) Users have the right to request copies of submission documentation for personal archival purposes.
6.2 Pocket Inspection and Personal Belongings
a) Users are fully responsible for checking all pockets, compartments, and hidden parts of Items to ensure no personal belongings are left behind;
b) Getwash is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside Items, including but not limited to money, jewelry, documents, keys, or other valuables;
c) If personal belongings are found inside Items during processing, Getwash will attempt to contact the User for return, but is not obligated to store or secure such belongings.
6.3 Submission Documentation
a) If necessary, the Item submission process can be documented through photos or videos by either the User or Getwash team for verification purposes and legal protection of both parties;
b) Documentation as referred to in paragraph (a) may be used as evidence in case of disputes in the future.
6.4 Limitation of Getwash Liability
a) Items not recorded in the system or official documents at the time of submission will be deemed never submitted to Getwash;
b) Getwash is not responsible for claims of loss or damage to Items not recorded in the submission system.
7.1 Claim Submission Requirements
a) Claims for unsatisfactory Service results, including damage or loss of Items, will only be processed if the User provides authentic video evidence of the unboxing process when receiving Items from Getwash;
b) Unboxing video must clearly show without editing:
c) Claims not accompanied by unboxing video evidence meeting the above criteria will be rejected without Getwash's obligation to provide further explanation.
7.2 Claim Submission Timeframe
a) Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours after Items are received by the User;
b) Claims submitted after exceeding the timeframe referred to in paragraph (a) will be deemed lapsed and cannot be processed;
c) Claim submission is made through Getwash's official designated channels, accompanied by Invoice number and supporting documentation.
7.3 Rewash Process
Users wishing to request rewash must:
a) Complete the Rewash Application Form available on Getwash's official Platform;
b) Sign a risk statement provided by Getwash acknowledging understanding that rewash process may pose additional risks to Items;
c) Rewash requests can only be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours after Items are received by the User;
d) Rewash process requires a maximum of 7 (seven) Working Days from the date the request is received and approved by Getwash team;
e) Getwash reserves the right to refuse rewash requests if deemed likely to cause further damage to Items or if Item condition does not permit rewash.
7.4 Compensation
a) If after internal investigation it is proven that the error or damage originated from Getwash's negligence, the compensation provided is as follows:
b) Determination of fair market value is based on objective assessment by Getwash considering Item age, condition before submission, and current market price;
c) Users are not entitled to demand compensation exceeding provisions stipulated in paragraph (a) above;
d) Compensation payment will be made within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) Working Days after the claim is approved and verified.
7.5 Claim Rejection
Getwash reserves the right to reject claims in the following cases:
a) Damage is a result of Item age, manufacturing defects, or natural wear;
b) Damage occurred due to inherent characteristics of Item materials;
c) User does not provide required documentation evidence;
d) There are indications of fraudulent or manipulative claims;
e) Items are not recorded in Getwash's official submission system.
a) Pickup Service requests must be submitted to Getwash no later than one Working Day in advance (H-1) from the desired pickup date;
b) Requests submitted after the deadline referred to in paragraph (a) will be scheduled for the next day or according to available pickup slots;
c) Service requests can be submitted through mobile application, website, WhatsApp Business, or other official communication channels provided by Getwash.
a) Getwash will provide request receipt confirmation and communicate estimated pickup time in the form of a time window (e.g., 10:00-12:00 WIB) to the User;
b) Confirmed pickup schedule binds both parties to be at the agreed time and place;
c) In case of urgent schedule changes from Getwash, notification will be communicated to the User as soon as possible through available communication media.
a) Pickup services are only available in areas designated by Getwash as active service areas;
b) Pickup Service operating hours follow working hour provisions applicable in each area;
c) Information regarding coverage areas and operating hours can be confirmed through the Platform or customer service;
d) Getwash reserves the right to adjust service areas and operating hours from time to time according to company operational policy.
a) Users can cancel confirmed pickup schedules without charge if cancellation notification is submitted no later than 2 (two) hours before scheduled pickup time;
b) Cancellations made less than 2 (two) hours before pickup time or User absence at location at agreed time may incur cancellation administrative fees, the amount of which will be informed at time of booking;
c) Users who make sudden cancellations repeatedly (more than 3 times within a 30-day period) may be subject to special policies including but not limited to upfront payment (deposit) obligations or refusal of pickup Services in the future.
a) User or authorized representative must be present at pickup location at the agreed time within the communicated time window;
b) User must ensure Items submitted have been verified for completeness and recorded in Getwash's digital system and physical documentation before courier leaves location;
c) User is responsible for ensuring all clothing pockets are empty of personal belongings before submission;
d) User has the right to request documentation of Item submission process for verification and legal protection purposes.
a) Delivery Service will only be executed after all payment obligations for the relevant Invoice have been fully settled by the User;
b) Payment is deemed complete and verified after funds have been received and recorded in Getwash's financial system;
c) Valid payment proof through Getwash's official payment channels is an absolute requirement for delivery scheduling.
a) Item delivery will be executed at the earliest one Working Day after payment settlement confirmation (H+1);
b) Getwash will communicate estimated delivery time in the form of a time window to the User through official communication media after delivery schedule is determined;
c) Actual delivery time may differ from given estimates due to factors beyond Getwash's reasonable control as regulated in Article 8.2.6.
a) User or duly authorized representative must be present at delivery location at the communicated time;
b) Item recipient may be requested to show valid identification if required by delivery personnel for verification purposes;
c) Signature or digital confirmation on application by recipient constitutes valid proof that Items have been received in good and complete condition;
d) In case there is no authorized recipient at location at scheduled time, delivery personnel have the right to:
a) Users are strongly advised to inspect Item completeness and condition upon receipt in presence of delivery personnel;
b) For purposes of protecting User rights in claim submission, it is highly recommended to perform visual documentation in the form of photos or videos of Item receipt process (unboxing) as regulated in Article 7;
c) Claims for non-conformity, damage, or loss of Items can only be processed if reported no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after Items are received and accompanied by valid documentation evidence;
d) After exceeding the timeframe referred to in paragraph (c), Items are deemed to have been received in conforming and complete condition.
a) Pickup and delivery Service fees may vary depending on distance, geographical zone, Item volume, and promotional policies applicable at time of booking;
b) Fee details will be transparently communicated to Users at time of booking or Service confirmation and will be stated in the Invoice;
c) Agreed Service fees cannot be unilaterally changed unless there is material change in Service scope requested by the User;
d) Delivery rescheduling fees due to User absence or sudden cancellation will be borne entirely by the User.
a) Getwash will make maximum efforts to execute delivery according to schedule communicated to Users;
b) Nevertheless, Getwash cannot be held accountable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or conditions beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
c) In case of delays as referred to in paragraph (b), Getwash will inform Users as soon as possible and attempt to provide reasonable alternative solutions within Getwash's operational capabilities.
a) Users are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, detailed, and clear address information including location landmarks, unit/floor numbers, and special access instructions if required;
b) Contact information that can be reached (phone/WhatsApp number) must be provided and active during pickup and delivery;
c) Getwash is not responsible for Service failure, delays, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information provided by Users;
d) Additional costs arising from incorrect address information or incomplete instructions become the User's sole responsibility.
9.1 Free Storage Period
Items that have been processed will be stored at Getwash facilities without storage charges for a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Invoice issue date.
9.2 Storage Fees
Items not collected within 30 (thirty) calendar days from Invoice issue date will incur daily storage fees with the following structure:
a) Unpaid Invoice
Additional charges of 1% (one percent) per day of total Invoice value will be applied, calculated cumulatively from day 31.
b) Paid Invoice
Additional charges of 0.5% (zero point five percent) per day of total Invoice value will be applied, calculated cumulatively from day 31.
c) Storage fees will be automatically added to the Invoice and charged to Users upon Item collection;
d) Storage fee calculation is based on calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
9.3 Abandoned Items
a) Items not collected for more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from Invoice issue date will be deemed voluntarily abandoned by the User and become Getwash property;
b) Getwash reserves the right to manage, recycle, donate, or dispose of such Items without obligation to provide compensation, replacement, or refund in any form to the User;
c) This provision applies in accordance with laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia regarding lost or abandoned property;
d) Getwash will make reasonable efforts to contact Users through available contact information before Items are declared abandoned, but is not obligated if Users cannot be contacted or do not respond to communications from Getwash.
9.4 Storage Responsibility
a) Getwash will store Items with reasonable security and care standards during the storage period;
b) Nevertheless, Getwash is not responsible for damage arising from long-term storage such as color changes due to light exposure, musty odor, or natural material degradation occurring over time;
c) Long-term storage risks are entirely borne by Users who do not collect Items within a reasonable time period.
10.1 Cancellation by User
a) Order cancellation can only be made before physical processing of Items begins by Getwash's operational team;
b) Items that have entered the processing stage (including but not limited to washing, dry cleaning, spotting, finishing) cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the User;
c) Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Getwash's official communication channels accompanied by valid Invoice or order number.
10.2 Refund Process
a) Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) Working Days after cancellation verification process is completed by Getwash team;
b) Verification process includes system order status checking, supporting document completeness, and confirmation that Items have not entered processing stage;
c) Refunds will be made through the same payment method used by the User during initial transaction, unless another agreement is made in writing between Getwash and User;
d) If initial payment method does not permit refunds (e.g., cash payment), refund will be made via bank transfer to account designated by User.
10.3 Fee Deductions
a) Third-party transaction fees (payment gateway fees, transfer fees, or bank administrative fees) cannot be refunded by Getwash and will be the User's responsibility;
b) If Items have been picked up by Getwash courier and entered the warehouse, pickup fees cannot be refunded even if order is cancelled before processing begins;
c) Special inspection or consultation fees already performed cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
10.4 Cancellation by Getwash
Getwash reserves the right to unilaterally cancel orders in the following cases:
a) There are indications of legal violations, fraud, or suspicious activities;
b) Items submitted are classified as hazardous or prohibited under prevailing regulations;
c) Operational capacity is insufficient or there is force majeure preventing Service execution;
d) User provides incorrect or misleading information;
e) User has outstanding payment or repeated cancellation history detrimental to Getwash.
In case cancellation is made by Getwash based on above reasons, full refund will be processed without deductions if payment has been made, unless cancellation is caused by User violations.
11.1 Right to Change
a) Getwash reserves the right to make changes to prices, Service features, package structures, or operational policies at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not unfairly disadvantage Users or violate applicable law;
b) Price changes will only apply to new orders placed after the effective date of change, and will not affect orders confirmed prior;
c) Current information regarding prices and Service policies will always be available on Getwash's official Platform.
11.2 Operating Hours Changes
a) Getwash reserves the right to make changes to Service operating hours, whether temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to Users;
b) Operating hours changes may be made to adjust to operational needs, internal policies, unexpected external conditions, or celebration of religious and national holidays;
c) Current information regarding operating hours will be communicated through Platform, Getwash's official social media, or at Outlet locations.
11.3 Material Change Notification
If there are material changes significantly affecting Users' rights and obligations, Getwash will attempt to provide reasonable notice through Platform, email, or other communication media, although not required under these Terms and Conditions.
12.1 Right to Suspend
Getwash reserves the right to suspend User accounts if violations of Service usage Terms and Conditions or applicable law are found.
12.2 Impact of Suspension
a) Suspended accounts will not be able to use Getwash Services temporarily or permanently, depending on the nature and severity of violations;
b) Items in process at time of account suspension will still be completed according to initial agreement, but new orders cannot be made until account is restored.
12.3 Violation Examples
Violations that may result in account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
a) Service misuse for purposes violating law or harming other parties;
b) Intentionally providing incorrect, false, or misleading information;
c) Submitting fraudulent or repeated claims without valid basis for purposes of obtaining unauthorized compensation;
d) Promotion or discount program abuse (promo abuse) including use of multiple accounts, promo code manipulation, or other activities violating promotional terms;
e) Manipulative actions or fraud to obtain compensation, refunds, or other unauthorized benefits;
f) Using false identity, others' data without permission, or creating multiple accounts for certain purposes detrimental to Getwash;
g) Rude, disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful behavior toward customer service team, couriers, or Getwash employees;
h) Taking actions that can damage Getwash's reputation or operational systems;
i) Repeated payment failures or significant outstanding payments.
12.4 Account Restoration Process
a) Users whose accounts are suspended may submit appeals or account restoration requests through customer service with relevant explanations and supporting evidence;
b) Getwash will review restoration requests and provide final decisions within a reasonable time;
c) Getwash's decision on account restoration requests is final and binding.
13.1 Privacy Commitment
a) Users' personal data is protected in accordance with Getwash's Privacy Policy which is an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions, as well as prevailing regulations in the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection;
b) Getwash is committed to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Users' personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational security standards.
13.2 Data Collection and Use
a) Personal data collected by Getwash includes but is not limited to name, phone number, address, email address, and transaction information;
b) Such personal data is used solely for Service operational purposes, communication with Users, payment processing, and Service quality improvement;
c) Getwash will not sell, rent, or disseminate Users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without explicit consent from Users, except:
13.3 Security Systems
Getwash maintains User data and transaction confidentiality through modern encrypted security systems, including use of SSL/TLS protocols for sensitive data transmission and compliance with industry security standards.
13.4 User Rights Over Personal Data
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, Users have the right to:
a) Access and obtain copies of personal data held by Getwash;
b) Request updates or corrections to inaccurate personal data;
c) Request deletion of personal data under certain conditions regulated by law;
d) Withdraw consent for personal data processing, understanding that this may affect Getwash's ability to provide Services.
Requests regarding the above rights can be submitted through Getwash customer service.
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
a) Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Services provided by Getwash shall first be resolved through good faith deliberation to reach consensus by both parties;
b) If resolution through deliberation is not reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the first written notification of dispute, such dispute shall be resolved through legal channels at the District Court having jurisdiction over the head office area of PT Getwash Professional Solution or User's domicile area, according to choice determined by the party filing suit;
c) Choice of dispute resolution forum as referred to in paragraph (b) does not eliminate Users' right to file complaints through Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) or other consumer protection institutions authorized under applicable regulations.
14.3 Language
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English. If there are translations in other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of interpretation differences.
15.1 Severability
If one or more provisions in these Terms and Conditions are declared invalid, inapplicable, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such invalidity, inapplicability, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, applicability, and enforceability of other provisions which remain in full effect.
15.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between User and Getwash regarding use of Services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, concerning the same subject matter.
15.3 Waiver
Getwash's failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision, and shall not affect Getwash's right to enforce such right or provision in the future.
15.4 Assignment
a) Users are not permitted to assign rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to third parties without prior written consent from Getwash;
b) Getwash reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to affiliates, business successors, or other third parties without User consent, provided that such assignment does not reduce Users' rights guaranteed in these Terms and Conditions.
15.5 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to create or shall be construed as creating partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship between User and Getwash. The relationship of the parties is purely a service provider and service recipient relationship.
15.6 Force Majeure
a) Getwash is not responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by force majeure;
b) Force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, fire, floods, earthquakes, disease outbreaks, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, public utility disruptions, or other events beyond Getwash's reasonable control;
c) In case of force majeure, Getwash will notify Users as soon as possible and will take reasonable steps to minimize force majeure impact on Service execution.
15.7 Notice
a) Any notice, request, or other communication required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and deemed validly given if:
b) Users must update contact information if changes occur to ensure effective communication.
15.8 Term
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the effective date stated at the top of this document and will continue to apply as long as Users use Getwash Services, unless amended or revoked by Getwash in accordance with applicable provisions.
15.9 Amendment of Terms and Conditions
a) Getwash reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions from time to time with or without prior notice;
b) The latest version of Terms and Conditions will always be available and accessible through Getwash's official website at https://getwashlaundry.id/en/terms-conditions;
c) Users are advised to check Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of any changes;
d) By continuing to use Getwash Services after changes to Terms and Conditions are implemented, Users are deemed to have unconditionally agreed to such changes.
