FAQ

Strollers used daily are easily exposed to dust, food, drinks, and baby sweat. Without regular cleaning, they can become a breeding ground for germs and bacteria harmful to your baby’s health.

Nearest Baby Stroller Laundry: Professional Cleaning & Sterilization from Getwash

A stroller is one of the most essential items for modern parents, yet it often becomes a magnet for dust, dirt, spilled food, sweat, and invisible bacteria. Cleaning it thoroughly isn't easy without the right tools and cleaning solutions — parts like the seat, safety belt, canopy, and wheels trap dirt that a simple wipe with a wet tissue can't remove.

That's why Getwash offers a nearest stroller laundry service that's hygienic and safe for your baby, complete with free pickup & delivery across our service area.

Why Strollers Need Regular Cleaning

Strollers are used almost daily, both indoors and outdoors. Without you realizing it, a stroller can harbor:

Leftover food and milk/baby food residue
Street dust and pollution
Mud stains or rainwater
Baby sweat and drool
Mold from humidity

This buildup can become a source of bacteria and trigger allergies or skin issues in children — a higher risk for babies under 3 years old, whose skin is still very sensitive.

Getwash's Stroller Laundry Process

Getwash's stroller laundry service goes beyond a regular wash. Our process includes:

Initial Inspection — checking the material type, stain condition, and frame structure
Dust & Dirt Vacuuming — cleaning dust from surfaces and hard-to-reach crevices
Manual Cleaning — using soft brushes and baby-specific soap on dirty areas
Steam Sanitizing — sterilizing with hot steam to kill germs and bacteria
Safe Drying — low-temperature drying to prevent mold and odor
Clean Packaging — the stroller is neatly packaged to stay hygienic upon return

Every part — seat, safety belt, canopy, wheels, and frame — is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.

Products Used: Safe for Baby's Skin

Getwash only uses hypoallergenic, eco-friendly cleaning products, free of SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) and paraben — two chemicals commonly found in regular detergents that can irritate a baby's sensitive skin. This makes Getwash's stroller laundry service safe to use, even for newborns.
